The Bride and Groom will be heading to Oliver's Beer Garden around 8:30pm and would LOVE to see you all there for a drink and to hang out!
What should we do in between the ceremony and cocktail hour/reception?
Ceremony takes place at 3pm at Anchor Plaza (attached to the hotel) It should only be about a 30 minute ceremony.
Cocktail hour and reception start at 5pm back at the Sheraton. In between the Sheraton will have yard games set up for guests. There are also many bars and restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel! (see things to do).
Is there an after party?
YES. We will be keeping the party going downstairs at the Sheraton with a cash bar and some French fries =)
Are children allowed?
We have decided to have an adult only event.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
Ceremony: 3pm at Anchor Plaza (sky bridge walk from the Sheraton)
The in between: 3:45-5 - Bridal party will get some photos while you relax! Sheraton will have yard games and cash bar open. There are also many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. You could also take in the sites of the lake and relax for about an hour before you enjoy drinks on us at cocktail hour!
Cocktail hour: 5pm Sheraton patio. Outdoors on the water.
Dinner and Dancing: 6pm. Up to the ballroom for dinner and dancing with our 8-piece band!
After party: We will be somewhere after the wedding to keep the party going! Location TBD
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
YES. Hashtag will be #Streetparkingonly. Please tag us in all the pictues you take so we can see them!
What is the parking like at the ceremony and reception sites?
There is a parking garaged at the Sheraton for all of our guests to park at. Park there and you're good for the night! ALL guests whether staying at the hotel or not, will receive free parking, please see the front desk for validation!
Wedding entertainment
We will be having an 8 piece live band so be ready to dance!
How to dress?
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dress code is semi-formal. The reception is indoors in a ballroom. There are sidewalks everywhere and very little grass (less to worry about heels sinking in!)
Will there be an open bar?
OF COURSE.
